What does Custom frame mean?
If you have something different in mind, tell us! We can brainstorm additions, replacements or changes together and let you know of any additional charges before we proceed.
Will I see the design before you start crafting?
Yes. We send a concept sketch and begin crafting only after your approval.
Can I request changes to the concept?
Yes! You can request up to two revisions to the concept before we begin crafting.
Is delivery available all over Pakistan?
Yes. Nationwide delivery takes approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch, excluding public holidays, weather-related delays and other unforeseen circumstances.
When will I pay the remaining amount?
You'll pay Rs. 2,000 to reserve your slot. For Signature style orders, we'll collect the remaining Rs. 10,000 after sharing photos of your completed frame. For custom orders, we’ll confirm the final price after sharing your concept sketch. Once you approve the sketch, we’ll begin crafting and collect the remaining balance after sharing photos of your completed frame.
Can I change the frame size?
Yes! If you have a different size in mind, let us know and we’ll confirm what’s possible along with any additional charges.
