When will my order be dispatched?

Every product has its own processing time depending on how it's made.

Please make sure to check the processing time mentioned on the product page before placing your order, as this tells you when we'll have your order ready to dispatch.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible.

We'll happily update it if your order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we're unfortunately unable to make changes to the shipping address. If this happens, we'll do our best to coordinate with our courier partner wherever possible, but we can't guarantee that address changes will be possible after dispatch.

How much does shipping cost?

• Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 6,000 within Pakistan.

• A flat shipping rate of Rs. 350 applies to all orders valued at Rs. 5,999 or below within Pakistan.

How long will delivery take?

Karachi

If your order is urgent, we're happy to arrange urgent delivery through inDrive, wherever possible.

Simply place your order through our website and mention that you'd like urgent delivery in the Order Notes, or send us an Instagram DM along with your Order ID. Urgent deliveries are arranged through advance bank transfer, and the applicable inDrive charges will be shared with you before dispatch.

If your order isn't urgent, deliveries within Karachi usually arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch, excluding Sundays, public holidays, strikes, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Outside Karachi

Orders being delivered outside Karachi usually arrive within 4–6 working days after dispatch, excluding Sundays, public holidays, strikes, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

What if my parcel gets delayed?

The delivery timelines above are estimates provided by our courier partners, so occasionally delays can happen that are outside our control.

If your parcel is taking longer than expected, don't worry, we're always happy to follow up with our courier partners and do everything we can to help get your order to you as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

International shipping rates vary depending on the weight of your order and the destination country.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by your country's customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in our shipping charges.
